Announcing Casa JuliAna Pension, Condesa CDMX: a six-room guest house that is the result of a collaboration between Rafael Prieto of Savvy Studio, Arca Tierra, and the Margain Family, the historical owners. Originally the childhood home of siblings Analuz and Jorge, this guest house offers a very specific way to stay, eat and drink. The original materials have been conserved as much as possible and key pieces from the Savvy Studio aesthetic have been integrated. 

Arca Tierra, the Xochimilco-based Agroecologic initiative, will open its first urban culinary concept in 2024. Rooted in the revival of pre-hispanic farming techniques, this venture will champion fair trade and cultural preservation.
